Step 2 - I put together a plan: You get clear scope and quote. No vague retainers or surprise extras
Step 3 - I get to work: Suppliers, logistics, marketing, comms - everything handled. You stay updated without being buried in it.
Step 4 - The day itself: I’m there. You focus on your guests and your work. I handle everything behind the scenes.
Step 5 - After the event: Content from the day delivered, any follow-up comms sent, loose ends tied up.
