We provide virtual assistant and administrative support services as agreed in writing with each client. The scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be confirmed prior to the start of work.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional approval and fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information
Grant appropriate access to systems, platforms, and accounts
Respond to requests in a timely manner
Delays caused by missing information or access may impact delivery timelines.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued in accordance with the agreed arrangement and must be paid within the stated payment terms.
Late payments may result in services being paused until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties unless required by law.
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure access credentials and informing us immediately of any security concerns.
Data Protection
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data shared during the course of our work will be used solely for the purpose of delivering services and will be handled securely.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of work created as part of our services transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to reference anonymised or approved work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
Availability & Response Times
Our business hours and expected response times will be communicated at the start of the engagement.
We do not guarantee availability outside of agreed working hours unless expressly stated.
Access & Systems
Clients grant access to necessary systems and platforms for the duration of the engagement. Clients remain responsible for maintaining backups, security settings, and administrator control of their systems.
We are not responsible for data loss, system failures, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
No Guarantee of Results
While we provide professional support and take reasonable care in delivering services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or business performance improvements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all work prior to implementation.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with any agreed notice period. Any outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
